Welcome to Grucify! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our grocery shopping application ("Grucify"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use Grucify.

• By using Grucify, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

• Users must create an account to place orders.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• Grucify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of fraudulent activity.

3. Ordering & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

• Prices may vary, and final charges include applicable taxes and delivery fees.

• We accept online payments. Our official QR code and UPI ID are provided in the app. You can download and scan the code to make your payment easily.

4. Delivery Policy

• Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Users must provide accurate delivery addresses; Grucify is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

• If the user is unavailable during delivery, the order may be rescheduled or cancelled.

• Products should only be accepted from Grucify's official delivery personnel wearing Grucify's T-shirt or hat.

• If the delivery person is not in uniform or someone else is claiming to deliver the order, do not accept the parcel.

• Do not take delivery if asked to collect the parcel at another location.

• If anything happens due to non-compliance, Grucify is not responsible, and the user is solely responsible for verifying the delivery personnel.

• If any such changes occur, Grucify will send an official message. Otherwise, do not trust anyone's claim.

• For the safety of both customers and our delivery partners, Grucify does not allow delivery boys to enter inside the customer's home. We kindly request you not to insist or force the delivery partner to come inside your house. If any incident occurs due to this, Grucify will not be responsible — the responsibility will lie with the customer.

• In case any delivery partner is found violating this policy by entering a customer’s home, it will be considered a breach of our rules and regulations. Strict action will be taken, which may include warning, suspension, or even termination of the delivery partner.

5. Cancellation Policy

• At Grucify, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. Once an order has been successfully placed through the app, it cannot be cancelled directly from the app by the customer. However, we do understand that sometimes situations may change.

• If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, you may request cancellation by informing the delivery partner when they arrive. Please make sure to clearly explain your reason for cancellation. The reason should be genuine and valid — such as wrong order placed by mistake, unavailable to receive delivery, etc.

• Please note that misuse of this process or repeated cancellations without valid reasons may affect your ability to use the platform in the future. We encourage all our customers to place orders carefully and responsibly to help us serve you better.

• If Grucify cancels the order due to unavailability or any other reason, users who made an online payment will receive a refund within 2-3 working days.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.

6. Return & Refund Policy

• At Grucify, we take utmost care in delivering your orders safely and accurately. Once your order has been successfully delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

• We kindly request you to check your items at the time of delivery. After successful delivery, no return requests will be accepted and no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the payment was made online or through Cash on Delivery (COD).

• We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out to our support team before placing an order if you have any doubts or questions about a product.

• However, if any issue arises, Grucify will not be responsible for it.

7. User Responsibilities

• Users must not misuse or disrupt Grucify’s services.

• Any attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the app is strictly prohibited.

• Users must comply with local laws when using Grucify.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• By using Grucify, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding data collection and usage.

• We implement security measures to protect user data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and trademarks on Grucify are the property of Grucify.

• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Grucify is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by external factors beyond our control.

11. Termination of Service

• Grucify reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if Terms are violated.

• Users may delete their accounts at any time by contacting support.

12. Account Deletion Policy

• If you want to delete your account. you can delete with easy steps. Complete both email verification and password verification within the app to confirm your request.

• Once both verifications are successfully done, your account deletion request will be sent to us automatically. Our team will process your request shortly.

• If you wish to delete your Grucify account, simply contact us at info.grucify@gmail.com. Please include your registered email ID, name, phone number, and a short reason for deleting your account.

• Once we receive your request, it may take 2–5 working days to process the deletion. After your account is deleted.

• All your data (including order history, saved addresses, etc.) will be permanently erased.

• Any remaining balance in your Grucify Wallet will be refunded to your UPI number.

• We care about your privacy and strive to make this process smooth and secure for you.

13. Online Payment Guidelines

• If you want to pay for your order online, it’s super easy! Just click on the Online Payment option during checkout, scan the QR code, and pay the total amount. Once the payment is done, place your order as Cash on Delivery and keep the payment proof ready.

• Please make sure the payment screenshot or details are correct and clearly visible.

• Do not show any old, edited, or unrelated screenshots — only valid and fresh payment proof is accepted.

• When the delivery partner arrives, kindly show the payment proof before receiving your order.

14. Facing any issue with delivery?

• If the delivery person refuses to hand over the order or denies your valid payment proof — or if there is any kind of misbehavior — please report it immediately by sending us a photo, video, or a short message at info.grucify@gmail.com. We’ll take quick action!

• Also, if your payment fails due to a technical issue from our side, don’t worry — just inform us, and we’ll resolve it as soon as possible.

• We’re here to make your experience smooth and safe!

15. Wallet Policy

• Want to add money to your Grucify Wallet? It's simple and safe! Just click on the "Add Money" option in the app, scan the QR code, and make the payment to the official Grucify UPI account for the amount you wish to add. After the payment, please send a clear screenshot along with your registered email ID to info.grucify@gmail.com.

• Missed sending the screenshot? No worries! If for any reason you're unable to send the screenshot or you forget to, our team will automatically check the transaction at our end. After verifying, we’ll manually add the amount to your wallet — no extra steps from your side.

• Wallet top-ups may take 1 to 3 hours to reflect in your account.

• In case the amount does not get added and the transaction is successful, our team will refund the full amount to your UPI number within 1 to 3 working days.

• Your money is always safe with Grucify. We value your trust and ensure every transaction is handled with care.

16. Product Request

• If you want us to add a new grocery product, feel free to email us at info.grucify@gmail.com with the product name, expected price, and quantity. Our team will review your request and try to add the product as soon as possible, provided it is a valid grocery item.

• Also, if you ever face any issue while adding a product to your cart, just let us know at info.grucify@gmail.com. We’re always here to help and make your shopping experience smoother.

17. Support & Services

• At Grucify, we offer three simple ways to help you whenever you need support:

• AContact Us: You can reach out to us between 7 AM to 9 PM using the helpline number or support email provided in the app. Just share your issue, and our team will start working on it as soon as possible to provide a quick solution.

• Chat With Us: Want to talk to us instantly? Use the chat option in the app to message us directly. You can explain your issue in detail and even send screenshots to help us understand better. It’s fast and easy.

• Complaints: If you have a complaint about anyone related to Grucify — whether it’s a delivery person, or any official team member, you can report it directly using the "Complaints" section. We take every complaint seriously and aim to resolve it fairly and quickly.

• We’re always here to listen and support you in the best way possible.

18. Grucify Refer & Earn Policy

Refer your friends to Grucify and earn cashback straight into your wallet! But to keep things fair for everyone, here are a few simple rules you need to follow:

• The person you refer must sign up using a different email ID and mobile number than yours.

• Both your and their email and phone numbers must not have been used from the same house.

• Only one account per household is allowed for cashback eligibility.

• Once your friend signs up, our team will verify both your details to make sure everything is unique and valid. If everything checks out, your cashback will be added to your wallet within 1–3 working days.

• If we find that the email, phone number, or address matches or is from the same household, the cashback won’t be credited.

• We keep it simple and fair—refer honestly and enjoy the rewards!

19. Changes to Terms

Grucify may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
